Allinda Cabernets 1998
A lush medium red in hue, this wine emits aromas of crushed leaves and fruit with dense overtones of warm mulberries and raspberries combined with the fragrances of red roses. The palate is lively and well focused with deep, rich flavours. The finish is gratifying with a well-balanced combination of acid and fruit. Cellar for four to five years.
Sommelier's Tip: Partner with your favourite veal dish.

Allinda Chardonnay 1998
This is an exceptional wine. The colour is deep and rich while the bouquet is a complex array of apricot, melon and nectarine aromas underscored with sweet vanilla oak. On the palate this complex Chardonnay is smooth with hints of yeast and displays a remarkable depth of apricot and melon fruit flavours. This elegant style has a powerful finish and can be cellared for up to ten years.
Sommelier's Tip: Serve with a mild fish curry.

Allinda Riesling 1998
This wine is a pale straw colour with a nose of lemon/citrus scents and delicate herbaceous aromas. It is an excellent example of a classic Australian Riesling with its balance of fresh lemon complexity. It has a fabulous length of fruit flavours and a crisp finish. This little beauty will cellar well for up to fifteen years.

: Serve with your favourite fish recipe.

Allinda Sauvignon Blanc 1999
This rare Sauvignon Blanc from the Yarra Valley emanates the scents of ripe, tropical fruit garnished with asparagus and flowers. It has a vibrant and intense pawpaw flavour in the mouth while the floral acidity gives a clean, crisp finish. Drink now and for up to five years.

Austin's Barrabool Chardonnay 1992
This golden yellow Chardonnay has a delicately wooded, creamy nose combined with hints of melon and peach. This classic Australian Chablis style wine is dry on the palate with delicate flavours of melon and nectarine. It finishes in perfect harmony with abundant, clean acid. It is ready to drink now.
Sommelier's Tip: Try with noodles and roasted chicken.

Austin's Barrabool Shiraz 1997
Take a glass and contemplate this deep coloured wine which is an elegant and delicate example of fine winemaking. Its fine, complex aroma is made up of nutmeg, cloves and aniseed with overtones of eucalyptus leaves. Take a generous mouthful and experience its soft tannin and powerful depth of fruit flavour. Although a pleasure now, this Victorian Shiraz will benefit from a spell in the cellar of ten to fifteen years.
Sommelier's Tip: Try with spatchcock or grilled chicken.
