A classic made from Coonawarra. This pale coloured Riesling is deliciously critrusy, bready and floral with some toast developing on the nose. A dry style, it has a very fine balance in the mouth, concentrated flavours, with good structure and length. Great to drink now, but should also mature well.
Sommelier's Tip: Goes well with Sushi.
