Guy is an acclaimed Sydney sommelier who has been working in renowned restaurants for the last fifteen years. Belgian by birth, he worked in London and Brussels before moving to Australia ten years ago and becoming a specialist in Australian wines. Impressed by the quality and range of these wines, his advice is now sought by an increasing number of international markets.
