Callanans
Road Pinot Noir 2000 This
lovely wine from Tuck Ridge vineyard is delicious, light, and easy-drinking. Its
nose displays sweet black cherry aromas, subtle toasty oak and damp earth. The
palate is a cracker balanced by chewy weight with firm rich tannins, density and
a generously smooth, fruity finish. The wine will age well for at least three

Devil Cabernet Merlot 2002 This
delightful classic blend of cabernet and Merlot displays a pale, crimson red colour.
Squeeze your nose into the glass and smell the generous bouquet of raisins with
overtones of warm raspberry, spicy stew and dried cherry fruit. This cabernet
blend is a smooth, easy-drinking red with heaps of ripe fruit, elegance and lovely

Shiraz Grenache 1999 Yet another stunner wine from an impressive
vintage from Brini vineyard and the marriage of two king grapes from McLaren Vale.
This big, solid, weighty red is loaded with confectionary red berry stewed fruit,
earth, spice and coconut oak aromas. The pleasing palate is loaded with attractive
sweet berry and licorice flavours. Of fine harmony and persistence, it is lovely
now and should age well for five years or more. Region:

Ridge Cabernet Merlot 2001 Mainly selected from Yarra Valley fruit,
this elegant style has an array of abundant rich raspberry and black cherry fruit
on the nose with an underpinning of tasty flavours from the use of new and old
barrels. Oozing generous amounts of mixed berry fruit on the palate, these delightful
flavours are plentiful enough to carry the discerning drinker right through to

This marvelous, fruit driven style, has a powerful concentration of blackberry,
plum pudding, mint and forest floor complexity the nose. The winemaker has emphasized

plum fruit character. The wine has a profound finish given by a clever use of
oak combined with ample smooth and sweet tannins on the finish. This classic Pinot

Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 1999
Selected from the best bunches of grapes in the vineyard, this top-notch wine
from the Margaret River region is made to be cellared. This rich, attractive wine
has a reddish-purple hue with sweet raspberry, blackcurrant and mulberry fruit
scents mingled with crushed eucalyptus leaf and dark chocolate aromas. The wine
has been made with care and aged in hand picked oak barrels to perfectly develop
the exceptional complexities the wine possesses. The palate displays great elegance
and depth with an abundance of voluptuous raspberry fruit flavours, soft tannins
summing up with a deliciously well-balanced, lightly spiced after taste. Keep
